A classic community theater

Streaming movies on Netflix is convenient but there’s nothing quite like the experience of going out into the community to watch the latest flick at a theater.

Torrington residents are fortunate to have access to the Wyoming Theatre Two, a vintage cinema that is 90 years old. The facility is a community treasure, which combines an old-fashioned theater experience with the latest technology. The theater features two screens, tasty popcorn and some of the latest films.

Owned by long-time locals Gary and Kathi Rickard and Jhon and Miranda McClain, the Wyoming Theatre Two is just a block off the main street, on 20th Avenue.
